• Registration fees include access to scientific sessions, congress materials, a name badge, a certificate of participation, and two tea–coffee breaks with cookies daily.
• All reservation cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Fortuna Events.
• For cancellations made before December 1, 2025, refunds will be issued after bank charges are deducted.
• No refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received after December 1, 2025.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.

• Congress accommodations will be at Rixos Premium Belek and Rixos Park Hotel.
• All-inclusive single occupancy accommodation at both hotels, with check-in on February 5, 2026, and check-out on February 8, 2026.
• Accommodation fees include round-trip group transfers between Antalya Airport and the accommodation hotel.
• Early registration rates apply to accommodation payments made by December 19, 2025.
• Late rates will be applied to accommodation payments made after December 19, 2025.
• 10% VAT and 2% accommodation tax will be added to the stated accommodation price.
