SUBMISSION
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
To be published in the congress digital abstract book, abstracts must be submitted by registered participants and the presentation must be delivered.
Abstracts should include the following sections: introduction, objective, methods, results, and discussion.
Academic titles should not be used, and abstracts must contain at least 300 words.
Accepted posters will be presented as "E-Posters."
Abstract texts must be submitted through the online abstract submission system.
Submissions via e-mail or any other means will not be accepted.
Texts uploaded to the system can be edited until the abstract submission deadline. However, no edits or changes can be made after submission is completed.
For studies with a single author, an ethics committee approval document is required and must be sent via email to gulcan.mutaf@fortuna-events.com
. Abstracts submitted by a single author without this document will not be accepted.
The abstract text must be in English.
Presentation language and slides during the congress may be in English or Turkish.
Review Process
Submitted abstracts will be blindly reviewed by referees after the submission deadline. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the authors.
E-Poster Technical Requirements
Must be prepared in vertical orientation with a 3:4 aspect ratio in JPEG format.
High resolution is required, with a minimum of 1536 (width) x 2048 (height) pixels.
Text should be as large and legible as possible. Recommended font: Arial, size 12–22 pt.
If the content cannot fit on one page, a second page with the same dimensions should be prepared. Images and tables must also be high quality.
If participants experience issues with JPEG formatting, they may alternatively submit their poster as a PPT or PPTX file.
JPEGs or working files must be sent by January 26, 2026, along with the following information: name-surname, congress & symposium name, abstract number, and title to: gulcan.mutaf@fortuna-events.com

Accepted abstracts will be published after the congress.
